Scope of Application (B2B Only)

 

Placing an order confirms the buyer’s professional status.

Important : The legal warranties of the French Consumer Code do not apply to sales between professionals.

RMA (Return) Procedure

  • You must first contact our after-sales team to notify us of the items you wish to return.

  • Fill in the product reference, quantity and a detailed description of the issue. Print the RMA form and include it inside the parcel.

  • Warranty labels or seals must not be removed or damaged. Otherwise, the return will be refused.

  • Once the return is received, administrative processing requires 24 business hours.

 

Return Shipping Costs & Transport Risks

  • Return shipping costs (both ways) and transport risks (loss / damage) remain the customer’s responsibility until the parcel is received and accepted by our team.

  • Use proper packaging and a reliable carrier.

 

Refund / Credit Note Conditions

 

If the return is accepted:

 

The refund or credit note will be calculated based on the public price displayed on Etech-Parts.com/en on the date the return is processed.

  • If the current price is lower than the original price paid, the refund will be made at the current price.

  • If the current price is higher, the refund will not exceed the original purchase price.

 

Initial shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

General Exclusions (No Warranty)

The following cases are excluded from warranty:

  • Cracks, breakage, shock damage

  • Liquid damage

  • Misuse or improper handling

  • Any repair or opening by a third party

  • Missing or damaged warranty seals

  • Spare Parts (Phones / Tablets)

 

LCD Screens (including front glass, digitizer, display panel, frame, backlight)

  • iPhone LCD / OLED: Lifetime warranty (limited to the normal lifespan of the device).

  • Android LCD screens: 12-month functional warranty.

⚠ Android and iPad screens must be tested before installation.

If the screen is installed without prior testing and breaks during installation, it is not covered.

 

Other components: 30-day warranty (hidden defects / conformity issues).

 

Covered Examples:

  • White spots

  • Touch (digitizer) malfunction

  • Dead pixels

  • Frame unglued

  • Wrong size

  • Home button malfunction caused by the screen

  • Proximity sensor malfunction caused by the screen

 

Not Covered:

  • Cracked / broken screen

  • Burn-in or overheating

  • Black spots

  • Internal break, no display

  • Missing components

  • Liquid damage

❌ No Warranty:

Samsung / Huawei / Xiaomi Service Pack or Original Pack screens

(No exchange, no refund)

 

Mobile Phones

Used / Refurbished Phones

  • 6-month warranty against technical defects (excluding cracks / liquid damage).

  • Any repair or opening by a third party voids the warranty.

  • IMEI will be checked.

  • If the return is rejected, return shipping costs will be charged to the customer.

 

Brand-New Phones

  • 12-month manufacturer warranty.

  • For iPhones, warranty may be handled directly at Apple Store (invoice required).

 

Computer Components

  • Must be in perfect condition with no scratches or usage marks (including adhesive residue).

  • Once installed inside a device (OEM or generic), the component loses its manufacturer warranty.

 

Accessories & Office Products

 

  • No warranty unless otherwise specified.

  • Original brand accessories (Apple / Huawei / Samsung): 1-year European manufacturer warranty.

  • Must be returned in original packaging without abnormal usage marks.

 

Kingston Products

  • Lifetime warranty: certain memory modules / cards / adapters (see product page).

  • 5-year / 3-year / 2-year warranties depending on model.

 

Hydrogel Cutting Machine

  • 1-year warranty + technical support during warranty period.
