Tips for a successful touch glass installation iPad

1 - Before any repair, make sure to clean the parts thoroughly and keep dust to a minimum.

2 - Check that the chassis is not bent. If it is, it will need to be straightened first.

3 - It is strongly recommended to add extra glue (e.g. B7000) to the adhesive already present on the part.

4 - For better adhesion, it is preferable to heat the glue before installing the glass.

5 - We recommend holding the screen with clamps for a few hours after the repair.

A small note about the iPad Home button

Although our touch glasses come with a Home button, we strongly recommend keeping the original one. This way you can always keep your fingerprint.

To prevent the Home button from coming off after the glass is installed, we recommend gluing the Home button plate with instant glue.
